Bio: Alyssa has a sincere passion for real estate and helping others. As a mother to two precious children and wife to her husband of eight years, she brings the same values to her business, as she does in her own home. By providing kindness, respect, education, the ability to multitask, honesty and patience. She is prepared to go above and beyond to help guide her clients through the process, not only from start to finish, but she's alongside her clients for life!

Alyssa studied Interior Design in college, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from Georgia Southern University. She began working in the interior design department at Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA. In her job interview she vividly remembers telling her boss that in five years she sees herself owning her own business. With entrepreneurship always on her mind, Alyssa then ventured out in starting her own Interior Design business. During that time, she and her husband found their passion in renovating as they updated their first home in the historic Ardsley Park neighborhood. When plans were made to move up to North Georgia for her husband's job and expecting her first child all at the same time, real estate was starting to come into conversation much more.

There's no doubt that she quickly found her passion and talent for connecting people with homes and properties across the North Georgia and Chattanooga area. She is also involved with her local Realtor association, United Way Young Leaders, and the BNI chapter in Dalton, GA. Alyssa has demonstrated her knack for business and client satisfaction over the years by continuing to put relationships first. She takes her clients goals and criteria very seriously and works extremely hard to provide an elevated experience for each person she works with. This year, she has opened her own real estate business as Perry Property Partners under Keller Williams after being on a team for a few years prior. Four years into real estate, this is really just the beginning! She is looking forward to continued growth and helping more people along the way!
