As a tour leader assistant, Ben's duties included helping tourists with their luggage, guiding them to their rooms, and accompanying them on tours around the resort. It was a challenging role that required him to memorize long sentences in three different languages.

Despite the challenges, Ben remained motivated and dedicated to his job. However, there were times when he struggled to understand the tourists due to language barriers. In such instances, he always found a way to communicate, either by using gestures or asking for help from his colleagues.
