Bio: Caitlyn Hoffman is a 29-year-old, well-established businesswoman and preeminent accountant that is currently residing in the beautiful southern area of Ontario, Canada. In 2018, she found herself feeling that the accounting industry was suffering severely in her rural area and realized she could be of much guidance to help it grow. It was at that exact moment that her entrepreneurial spirit ignited, and she decided it was time to design and build her own company. This was the year that “Hoffman Professional Services” was born. Caitlyn knew that there was a vast amount of technological innovation that could be offered in order for the financial and accounting community to develop. With her creative and innovative ideas being paired with her immense hardworking dedication, the rural location struggle had started to seize, and Hoffman Professional Services began to flourish rapidly.
Caitlyn and her business started to expand and attract high profile clients from all over Canada, and with this rapid development of success, her firm was voted as “Best Accounting Firm” in her community, for multiple years in a row. As the recognition for hard work and extreme diligence was climbing, Caitlyn led her company to start working with some of the largest multi-million-dollar companies, which now has led her company to be trusted with the education and directing of multiple trusted advisement teams in a very short period of time. Ms. Hoffman continues to always strive for full community involvement and as being one of the most sought-after business leaders in her area, she currently sits as the president of her local chamber of commerce. This position has influenced her to work towards completing her degree as a “Business Growth Specialist”; which will allow her to be able to offer a unique, and very important expertise to help further her involvement with the community’s financial and accounting expansion.
She heavily prides herself on continually furthering her education, and firmly believes in investing in the development of her company’s team.
