It's not just about the quantity of food.

When one plunges into a weight loss journey, it's common to see them consuming small portions while ignoring their cravings. While the quality of food and smaller portions are essential, Kristy emphasizes flexibility, various options, and a readiness assessment during her client's weight loss journey. According to her, having a program that allows for flexibility to meet the demands of a women's life while maintaining a careful check on food quality and quantity is super important in a long-term successful weight loss journey. 

"Women project manage at work, and project manage at home, there is barely any time for themselves," Kristy states. Her program is different in that her clients get to decide which foods to eat, so she is not left buying a whole fridge full of new foods or learning a bunch of new recipes.

It goes beyond following a diet plan.
