Bio: Lauren comes from a small family out of Tomball, Texas where she formerly attended Tomball High School. At the age of 16, Lauren left Tomball High School to attend Lone Star Community College – University Park to obtain her business management degree and quickly dove into her niche in Landscape Architecture. Working side by side with Gary T. Andreas, owner of Architectural Land Design, Inc. in Houston, Texas - Lauren grew her knowledge of landscape design installation.
Since her humble beginning at ALD, Inc. Lauren has been able to recreate the business model, increasing profit margins by 30+%, reducing expenses by nearly 50%, and now manages over 50 properties. Her work has been showcased throughout all of Houston and surrounding areas. At the age of 26, Lauren was a national recipient of the “Employee of The Year” award where she was mentioned in Landscape Management.
Lauren has been known to volunteer at Tomball Community Garden where she has been acknowledged for her generous donations of landscape materials such as soils to sustain the organic garden throughout the seasons, and with community collective groups such as WorkingGroup512 where she has worked long nights to assemble and distribute organic produce to homes in need during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She works tirelessly in her role as an entrepreneur and business manager to consistently think outside the box and raise the bar in the landscape service and real estate industry. Commitment. Trust.
